Joshua Sallee is the Procurement Manager for North America Logistics & Warehousing at Diageo, leading procurement strategy transformation across transportation and warehousing for Canada, US, and USVI. In his four years at Diageo, he has spearheaded initiatives such as partnering with DHL Supply Chain and North America Operations to launch Illinois’ first hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle (HFCEV) pilot.

With 18 years in supply chain, Joshua’s career spans transportation brokerage, control tower operations, military logistics contracting in Iraq, cold storage warehouse supervision, and distribution & procurement leadership at Potbelly Sandwich Works. He holds an M.S. in Supply Chain Management from Elmhurst College. Outside of work, Joshua credits raising his four kids with teaching him as much about logistics as any role in his career.
